How do I make MFP date time to where I live?

MFP, when I want to record exercise, it's for a time 3 hours ago. Like it's CA time.
I'm in Indiana and I'm on Eastern Standard Time.
I've tried looking in My profile, no luck.
Please help. Makes me wonder if it's throwing off my totals for other logged info.
