Juicing and diet documentation

I've recently acquired a Breville Compact Juicer and I'm in love! I'm doing keto and excited about this addition to my diet but I'm wondering how to document my intake. I drank 1/2 the juice of a carrot-apple-ginger concoction this morning and ate the baked pulp for dessert tonight... any suggestions how to pull nutrition for the juice out of the actual product?

Carrot-apple juice doesn't sound like it'd be very conducive to a keto diet, but as far as the nutrition facts go I'd either record all the fruit/vegetables used or find a similar juice from a reputable establishment that has nutritional info posted online and use that as a guide. That's what I usually do.0

I know it's not, chock-full of sugars but it was my bf and my first experiment with the juicer and I was nervous about how good this would actually taste. I'll be experimenting with vegetable mixtures over the next few weeks.0
