    Yeah I would rather go for the Steak first myself too or Peanut Butter or Chicken Breast or well you get the picture.... Nothing magical about protein powder just an easy way of getting in your Protein macros if you are coming up short on any given day but I would prefer real food over the powder if you can hit it that away....     Egg protein! It isn't the cheapest, but I think it tastes the best :)

    Hemp protein powder.. I dont know it seems like it takes 10 scoops of that crap though to even make 30 grams of protein.
    When you make a smoothie, use fresh fruit, water, maybe some low fat greek yogurt. My cousin thinks making smoothies means a ton of juice or ice cream, thats not how it should be.

    It tastes like crap when mixed with water, I tend to have it with rice milk, much nicer :smile:
