High point, low point, focus point

Hi everyone...

what are your high points, low points and focus points right now?

For me my high is my new dress (profile pic) and feeling fitter and healthier. My low is that the damn scale refuses to cooperate properly and say the right damn number. My focus point is upping exercise and keeping within cals strictly :)

Cute dress, and you look so good in it!

My high points are my upper abs/serratus (I've been working 'em!!) and that my thighs have suddenly shrunk an inch in a week :D My low point is the sloooooow loss of scale weight (and the belly), but I knew that from the start with what I'm doing.

My focus point is to keep working it (exercise and diet, yeah). It's getting kind of boring, but that's OK because it's getting routine. Routine is good with this for me!

my high point is dropping two sizes within the last few months, my low point is trying to figure out how to deal with
all the crap in my life without food cause i just cant eat those feelings anymore. it has been a full time job trying to
get all the basic nutrition i need. my focus on being healthier with healthier choices can be exhausting.

Thanks! Yeah routine is key. I too have fallen into a pretty healthy routine, and love it ;)

I deal with it with music, exercise and whinging to mates haha. Then again I've never been in the habit of eating away feelings, I'm the exact opposite. Good luck, I'm sure you can work it out <3

I agree, you look great in that dress!

My high point: fitting into size 10 clothes this fall and weighing in the 130s.
My low point: I exercise outside, and it's winter here, plus with the time change it's dark early, not easy to go out and hike. I might have to buy a treadmill.
My focus point: drinking water and getting what exercise I can -- painting my garage myself instead of paying somebody to do it, doing yardwork myself for the same reason, fitting in some calisthenics for my arms.
