How I lost it in time for the WEDDING!

Since I posted my highlight video (https://player.vimeo.com/video/76241117 I got a flurry of messages in my inbox on how I managed weight loss before the wedding - and how I will keep it off. The truth is, I made simple rules for myself.
1. No asking myself if I "feel" like going to the gym, just go.
2. No office candy.
3. Never put myself down no matter how hard it is.
4. Drink more water.
5. Remember the phrase "Being where you want it hard. Not being where you want is hard. Pick your hard."
6. Be content on my wedding day, no matter how much I think I could have "lost". God made me to be ME.
These small decisions made a big difference. Make healthy choices "non-negotiable". Cheers! Here's our video: ..if you want to see it!

Beautiful! It is mostly a mental game, this weight loss journey. I often tell myself that it is too bad that I don't want to go to the gym...I just go! Today I could blow off the gym cuz it is my day to do weights and I seem to have injured my shoulder but you know what? I am going to go do cardio instead..I could say...well I cant use the elliptical because it would hurt my shoulder..so instead it is the dreaded treadmill because I need to go. Excuses are just too rampant and all they are are excuses...good for you!0
