Once again...

Hi, I'm 32 years old and ready to try again. I had success with MFP and about six months ago I went through some personal issues and just gave up. Not only on diet but many aspects of my life. I'm ready to start again and would love some encouraging people join me. Hope everyone is having a great day!

It is so easy to "fall off the wagon" - good for you for coming back!!!

I have been using MFP for 7 months now and this weekend, even though it was my birthday weekend, I went a little nuts and I am ashamed to be 2 full lb heavier. I know that sounds like "nothing" in the scheme of things but to me it is a big deal. This morning I was feeling super discouraged because I know exactly where I went "wrong" diet wise since last Thursday and need to get back on track!! I know it's a very small amount and short timeframe but I still feel like I'm getting back on the wagon right along with you.

Welcome back. I re-joined today after 6 months of no activity, and I mean no activity. I am new Dad again and I've been rather neglectful of the diet and fitness thing. I'm looking for ideas on Christmas/New Year goals. Feel free to add me or bounce some ideas off me, and they will most definatelty bounce back, until I've firmed myself up that is, lol.
