Need to be my lowest weight for a weight loss challenge.

I am in a weight-loss challenge that I'm in the top 4 for winning it. I have read a lot on how to be my lowest. However my final weigh in is at 6:30 pm - 12 1/2 hours AFTER I wake up. I have to work all day and do not do well with fasting. So when is the best time to stop drinking water? What is the best thing to eat and/or drink the day off that will have the least or should I say biggest effect on the scale. I do eat healthy on the regular but I want to be the lowest I can possibly be on Thursday. I am currently doing the Cabbage Soup Diet (Day 1 today).

Just stop eating, why even bother with the cabbage soup diet I mean that is all water weight.. those 500 calories are going to weigh you down.. You gotta win that $100 prize!! Stop eating and exercise at least for 2 hours before getting on the scale.0

Oh. Cabbage should at least clear out the contestants. At least, that's how my body reacts to cabbage.0

I have to eat/drink something that day, but what? What can I eat/drink and what time that day and be at my lowest possible weight at 6:30 at night?0

I would say protein and vegetables like spinach or kale
This is what I do ...
Spinach and chia seeds drink
Egg whites with spinach
Or just do spring mix with walden farms dressing
If you feel like a snack do 100 cal pak of almonds
No fruit ... Very little water0 -
So, what happens after the challenge and the cabbage soup?0

open your diary and let people see what you might be able to eliminate...or try your hardest but celebrate your own accomplishments. If you win, the only one who is going to care anyways is you.0

What do you win??0

I will win $300 bucks! I have been working very hard for 9 weeks to lose weight (#1 because I am/was 40lbs overweight, partly due to breaking my foot in 4 places on Memorial Day - I'm still in pain and cardio is limited), #2 going on vacation to Punta Cana this Sat, #3 to win this challenge). After challenge, I will be on vacation for a week, going to have a great time, eat, drink, be merry. I will go right back to dieting 1300 calories day and exercising regularly to take off the add'l 25 - 30 lbs, I need to lose.
I just want to make sure I am the lightest I can be for this weigh in. So it seems to cut out water at least 12 hours prior and not eat. However since I have to eat something, I will make sure it is light in weight itself, highly digestable, yet filling and stay away from liquids of foods high in water or that absorb water. Sounds like a plan right?
I am only doing the Cabbage Soup diet short term to hopefully lose the most amount a weight in the short term, strictly for this contest and the vacation.0 -
This sounds like yo yo dieting hell. Well, I hope it's all worth it, in the end.0

300$ is not enough to make me eat cabbage soup for days.
Can you ask if you can take a pic of your feet on the scalenwith that days paper in the morning tp use as proof? Sounds like a healthier idea than basically starving for a few days0 -
Here's some interesting information. I thought that Jockey's would probably know more about this than anyone....
