INSANITY

OK, I currently work out a couple times a week at the gym, I do spin class and weights and some strength stuff, I was thinking of trying to add in the insanity dvds. I dont want to do too much but can't make it to the gym everyday. I know its hard and I may not be able to do alot of the workouts but I am curious to hear some real results from people who have done this program.

I've done the Insanity program, that was all I focused on for the approx 60 days. I wouldn't recommend doing a spin class and an Insanity workout on the same day lol, or at least make sure they're separated by several hours. Doing them on days you can't make it to the gym is a great idea. I still pop in a DVD when I can't get there.

I had great fitness improvements while doing Insanity, but I didn't see huge changes on my body. I will be honest and say I didn't follow the nutrition part very closely - but my fastest run times were done just after I finished the program.
