30 day shred....how to log it?

I'm going to ATTEMPT to make it as far as I can through the video, may have to make a lot of modifications. Or I might die, never really know until I try. But I'm not really sure how I can log it? How do you all log it?

yep, circuit training. I didn't give myself the full 27 minutes, though. Like you, I had to take a lot of breaks to BREATH the first few weeks, so I would only log 20 minutes, then worked up until i didn't take breaks anymore.

I created a new exercise and called it Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. I use my HRM to track the calories burned.

Don't log it unless you have a heart rate monitor that also tracks calories burned. You are better off just eating 20% less your TDEE. THe margin for error is smaller this way.

Good idea, thanks. And thanks to the OP for this question, I was just wondering the same thing yesterday. :)

Level One, 30 Day Shred -- My HRM puts me at 221 cals, Circuit training/General puts me at 378 cals. It is not recommended to track 30DS without a HRM. Or if you do, do not eat back all those cals because the circuit training is not accurate to 30DS burn. Best of luck! I was very happy after my 30 days :D
