I was a fat kid as long as I remember. I'm 5ft 5 tall. I was 172lbs heavy when I was 15. With diet control, both right and wrong ways, my weight went down to 122-124lbs. 6 months ago, I travelled to California and Singapore and I put on weight 15 pounds and I got rid of most of it within a month without dieting by Jillian Michaels : 30 days shred work out. I did it for 3 months but my weight remains unchanged for 4 months even I exercise regularly following other Jillian Michaels' videos.
I recently got new dance videos : Hip Hop abs and Rockin' Body. I decide to give it a try to lose extra pounds.
My diet isn't stricted but i try to eat healthy as much as possible. I cook most meals myself---try to make it low carb as much as possible. That's why i'm annoyed my weight hasn't gone done for months.
Today i weighed in the morning. My weigh is 122lbs at the moment. My goal weight is 110lbs and waist from 28 to 24.
