I'm feeling excited this week. I'm currently doing the Strong Curves program and I went from 115lb bridges and hip thrusts to 155lbs for 3x10 in a month. My bench also went up to 2 25lb dumbbells compared to just 20lb ones. Right now my deadlift is at 145lbs. for 3x5. It's my slowest but i'm ok with that. Yay for getting stronger!
