Baja Salad from Wendy's

wendy's has a baja salad that is rather good....especially when you can get two meals out of it!!

Just wanted to share my latest find... When you order the baja salad you get the small chili seperate and I get Fat free or Light Ranch also. The salad is plenty for one meal so I keep the chili for dinner or lunch the next day.

Nutritional Facts are a little tricky. It comes with guacamole which I do not eat. The tortilla strips are gluten free so I enjoy them. : Salad only including guacamole- 330 calories, tortilla strips- 80 calories, 1 pouch light ranch dressing- 50 calories and then the small chili is 220 calories.

    Thanks for including the nutritional info. I had that salad and I loved it! I did not eat my chili on the salad either. I don't like hot food on a cold salad. I love guacamole, so I found this salad to be quite awesome! Thanks again!
