It's amazing how much better I feel....

I started my diet on August 27th, 2013 and am down 26 pounds. I am doing a 1200-1300 calorie a day diet which has been very successful. 26 pounds is only a quarter of what I want to lose but I am so happy knowing that I have stuck to it for almost 3 months and still have motivation. I used to have to take naps daily and would still be dragging. Its amazing how just losing 26 pounds has made me feel so much better. I love my new lifestyle and seriously am so thankful for the myfitnesspal community :)
