I've been using MFP on and off again for about a year, but this time I am sticking to it. I recently downloaded the app and now have no excuse to not keep track.
I will be following the calories for a few weeks on this site until I get into the swing of not going to a drive thru to get a meal. After that I will be moving to lower carb eating, as per my doctor's orders.
Despite that, I would love to have a support system. Feel free to add me if you're in a similar situation or not. Helping others will help keep me on track and I'd love to have support from you all!
