Getting back into the routine

Summer was great. Went to the gym as soon as I woke up, felt light and happy. Got stronger everyday, ate super healthy. But since Winter has coming my way it has been going down. Long days at school, have to travel 2 hours to get home and when I'm home I crave sugary food like nothing else. My motivation to get some exercise in is very very low.

I know I can do it, because I have done it. I can eat healthy, I want to eat healthy. Thing even is that I love vegetables and fruit like nothing else, I don't even like the sugary food but my body craves for instant energy.

I used to track my food intake on MFP, but never reached out to the community. I've made a new account and I hope that you guys can help me reach my goals.

It's all about making small changes in order to make or break a habit!

    Hi There!
Your post totally reminded me of my own struggles with a busy schedule and cold weather approaching. I have slipped into a habit of excuses. I started eating more wheat-products causing myself much unnecessary discomfort and i gained back the weight i initially lost and i have not been able to wear any of my awesome pretty clothes. It's frustrating but i am determined to get back into a routine and wake up 1 hour earlier to hit the gym before i start my crazy day of work and night school! I know it can be done, because i once did it diligently! So here's to getting back on the bandwagon! Good luck!
