My HRM watch's battery died (I have to send it off) until then, how would you track the Insanity workouts? I know it doesn't have it in the database (well at least the last time I looked it didn't but it HAS been a while:ohwell: )
What would you label it? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.......now off to workout!

Maybe under aerobics?....its a more intense workout than that, but it may tide you over 'til the HRM gets home.0

I agree with Bearface..I would label it circuit training. It may be a little high, but its better than nothing. I just wouldn't eat those calories just to be on the safe side.

You can track it as "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort"
Also, if you've done it before, look back in your exercise diary and use the same calories as the last time you did the same DVD.
I just finished the final fit test a few minutes ago! Now it's time to go jogging! WOOHOO!!0 -
Thanks for the replies everyone.....the circuit training sound like a good idea and so does the Calesthenics (did I spell that right???). I haven't been able to do it in a while and am just getting back into it. I was diagnosed with dermatomyositis and it's improved enough that I can breathe during the workouts! I was able to do about 30 min of the 40 but did it from start to finish. Felt good!0
