Hi Everyone! My doctor has encouraged me to try Myfitnesspal and since yesterday, I have been logging my meals and food! I have gone the last few years without keeping track and consequently, have gotten off track of eating the correct portions and calories. I am excited to be here and look forward to monitoring my progress with the ultimate goal of looking and feeling better, losing weight, becoming healthier, and getting in exercise. Thanks all! Terri
