Im Becky, Im not classed as 'overweight' but i do have big belly and big thighs. I ate for the sake of eating, and lack willpower, i did this for about 5 days once but just quit. Would be greatfull of any advice

I've struggled with being "skinny fat" I didn't "look bad" to others but my gut had other things to say, and so did my bloodwork. I'm getting better now that I'm Finally consistent with working out
