Back to gym...

Hey :-)
I had previously been to the gym pretty regimentally for 4 - 5 days a week from April 09 to November 09 while losing all of my weight. I stopped going to the gym after a trip to the US and didn't start again. I kept doing cardio on the street etc. but I never really felt like i'd worked out as hard as I used to in the gym.
A girl I know convinced me to start going to her gym with her and I started again 2 weeks ago. All i can say is i'm SO glad that I listened to her and signed up at the gym again. There really is nothing like the great feeling you get leaving the gym after spending time working your *kitten* off in there.
So...for anyone else who stopped going for whatever reason and still needs to lose weight / build muscle / get fitter...i say GET BACK TO THE GYM!!!!
I've basically just maintained weight for the past 4 or 5 months (even though I have been eating properly and usually 2000-2200 calories per day) so hopefully going back to the gym will kickstart my body into losing the final 25 or so lbs I need to.
I want to lost fat and become a machine, and I will do it
