On a journey to reach the 16" arms

I've been weight lifting for few year now and indeed there are many many ways to check to see improvements and see how far you have come and grow, I use pictures myself to see my results and the mirror, but found my old workout book when I first started and well...I started training with 11 inch arms now am no where close to big or where I want to be but now I am sitting at 15 inch cold and usually 15 and half (had them at 16 few times) pumped inch arms, and in my first little workout book my goal was to get to 13 inch arms :) I reached my first goal :) now am on a journey to 16-17 lean arms.

Share your first goal and actually see how far you have come, so easy to get lost in the final stage that we forget the journey and all them little goals we make
