Hitting protein goals - help?

I'm having a helluva time hitting my protein goals. To do so usually means going over in one or more of Calories, Cholesterol, or Sodium.
I've done well with my weight loss and will soon be transitioning to a maintenance phase and want to build more muscle mass.
Carbs are at 45%, protein at 35% and fat at 20%. I'm really not tracking fat, rather I'm limiting saturated fat to 10g. I'm trying to hit a protein goal of approximately 1 g per lb of LBM. I'm on a restricted Chol, Sodium, and Sat Fat regimen. Sat Fat at <10 g, Sod at <1500 mg and Chol at < 200 mg per day. I've fought damn hard to get off the BP and Chol medicines and am determined to keep Chol and Sodium intakes within the restricted limits. I'm fully aware of the arguments regarding dietary cholesterol vs blood cholesterol but after several consultations with my GP and Cardiologist, I decided to adhere to their recommendations and have been hugely successful in getting of all BP (4) and Chol (1) meds as well as a blood thinner. My diary is open. Thoughts??

Whey protein powder, use it to get your protein levels where you want it to be. I usually do 2-3 protein shakes a day.0

Yeah, I use both whey and soy protein. Just once a day though. Maybe up that a bit but at 70 mg of chol per serving of whey I can't add too much. Soy is high on the sodium. sigh...0
