Just joined and began the registered my meal process. I like the accessibility of online & mobile. Registering food on the go is eye opening and will make me more aware of what I'm about to truly put in my body. Now I just need a plan!

    If you want a food plan sparkspeople.com does them. It helps give ideas on healthy food plus a lot of our diaries are public so you can get ideas from them. We also have a recipe section that has some great stuff in it.
