Beachbody Peoples! HELP!

So...I need osme help Beachbody people and Coaches alike!

I need a 12 week program for maxium fat loss that will keep my attention.

I have Turbo fire and Jam, p90x, chalean extreme, slim series, slim in 6.

Ideal schedule has a strength and cardio (2 programs) MWF and then only one on T/R....saturday is a dedicated yoga day...

Help?!

  • Why not do a hybrid of Turbo Fire / ChaLean Extreme or Turbo Fire / P90X? Gives you what your looking for with what you already have.

  • Go with Insanity! Mostly cardio and it's only 60 days with resuts that most programs need 90 days to reach. www.beachbodycoach.com/superman79

    Kylie, I would take a look at the 20 week ChaLean Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid schedule, and see if you could tweak it to do yoga on your Saturday and make Sunday your rest day. You'll probably have to shuffle things around, but I'm sure it's doable.

    Otherwise, do the CLX circuits on MWF (Burn 1 Monday, Burn 2 Wed., Burn 3 Friday for a month, then move to Push, then to Lean), and do Fire workouts on Tuesday and Thursdays (i.e. Fire 30 and then Fire 45 EZ) for 3 weeks, utilize the HIIT workouts on Tuesday and Thursdays in week 4, then when you switch phases, do a different Fire workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 weeks, HIIT in week 8, then in phase 3 (Lean month), mix it up again...just a thought.

    This is all really great advice! I am doing an Insanity and CLX hybrid right now and that is how I am doing. I do CLX on MWF and Insanity on T, TH, S. It works great! But since you already have Turbo Fire and CLX I would def go with that! Good luck! You will do great!! Have a great day!

    This is the best econimical advise. You aready have all the tools at your disposal so you should customize a plan that will keep you engaged and motivated!

    My cousin started Insanity 2 weeks ago and has lost 10 lbs already. so that's why i suggested it. it seems you are in a hurry to reach a goal. But you can definitely do it with all the programs you already own....sounds like you could do your own super muscle confusion plan. LOL :wink:
