Simple Egg and Sausage Breakfast
Hi All,
Here is an easy, tasty, and scramble or omelette I make:
1/2 cup of Lucerne Best of the Egg product
3 links of Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage
1 tbsp. Arriba Fire Roasted Red Salsa
All of these foods are in the database. I added the sausage - search for jd to find it.
Non-stick pan with a puff of Pam or other product.
Heat the sausage in the pan or the microwave. I think the pan is better for flavor but it takes longer.
Start your eggs - cook them omlette or scramble.
Add the chopped turkey sausage in the pan an toss for omlette style eggs or plate them with the eggs.
Add one tbsp of Arriba and a twist of fresh pepper
