What tools do you use to determine how you should break down macros for your body and situation? I have a lot to learn as it pertains to this topic, so any suggestions you have would be helpful. Thanks!

Keep in mind, protein needs will vary rather heavily depending on context. Someone in a caloric surplus will require less protein than a lean athlete in a big caloric deficit.0
