Hi there! This is the start of my 3rd day and I feel like I am wavering. I joined to get my health back- but also because of my insurance changes. I am on 4 meds which used to be covered 100% by my employer and now I no longer have that benefit. I have to get off these meds ( cholesterol and high blood pressure) and soon!!

    I added you as well. My main goal is not skinny but to be healthy. However, becoming fit and trimmer will be an excellent bonus :) lol

    I got off my bp meds (16 years) and cholesterol meds a year ago.
