High Protein Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
Chobani - Strawberry Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 6 oz.
Egg, Large - 1 Large Egg, 1 egg
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein - Strawberry Banana, 1 scoop
Del Monte Bannana - (Medium), 0.5 medium bannana (Over ripe)
Silk - Pure Almond - Almond Milk - Original - Unsweetened, 0.25 cup
Flour - White, Enriched, Bleached, 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1 tsp

Directions:
I simply combined all of the ingredients in a rocket blender to mix. Then cooked it in a smaller fry pan. It made four large pancakes.

Between the strawberry yogurt, strawberry / bannana flavored protein powder and overripe bannana it had a lot of great flavor.

If you don't want as much fat you could just use egg whites instead of the whole egg. The Almond milk was to make it a bit easier to pour with more liquid.
