Knee injury and weight gain is why I'm back to MFP

I love MFP, it helped me achieve all my goals last time. Then I blew my ACL, PCL, tore meniscus and fractured my tibia all at the same time 7 months ago. My surgery didn't go well and my femoral artery was damaged. I can walk without assistance now but have to be braced during work outs, which I got released to do last week. I gained 25 lbs during these last 7 months and needless to say, obviously all the muscle in my left leg. I'm 40 years old so obviously staying active is a big part of looking good still and I haven't been able to do that until now. So... I'm back and with a vengeance! I will lose this weight and I will get my body back that you see in my profile pic. A newer pic is on my page but I don't want to show any body shots right now
Let me know if you have any great tips or diet miracles
