hi ya!

thanks to MFP i lost 8KG and i am happily keeping those off.
i am in the gym daily for swimming, body pump, running etc

now its time to tone up a little bit and thats why i am back to keep an eye on my eating habits (not so much about the calories..)

feel free to add me, i am happy to help and also appreciate advice about gym/toning etc.
