Miles Tickers?

I see some members with the miles they have ran or biked on a ticker in their signature, how do you get those? I found the weight loss tickers, but not the miles trackers. Any guidance would be appreciated!

    you have to access ticker factory website, set a password so you can add the changes...you can set your goal and then each time you need to change it, there should be a " + " window come up...then you have to get the new bbcode to copy and paste it in your signature..... if you need more help, message me...:flowerforyou:
