and now I'm back.
My birthday is in a month and I wanna get back to ONEderland by then.
I want it to go beyond my birthday and I wanna stay on track FOR GOOD.
My biggest issue is food (sugar and carbs are NOT my friend, at least not in the amounts that I tend to consume them - and I am insulin resistant), I still exercise (I don't think I'll ever stop - I'm actually training to be a group fitness instructor).
I need support. Real support.

I fell off too. Did SO well and then kept promising myself tomorrow or next week I'll start again. I have 30 lbs to lose and it seems like I'm at square one again. Carbs are the devil!0
