can you over use deep heat?

I've been trying to be really good at adding some strength training to my exercise pattern, and since I am unused to it, my muscles are sore (no surprises there). However, I work a job where I need to be able to move around a lot and so having super sore legs (and arms and abs) isn't ideal and I've been using deep heat to minimize day after soreness.
Is this ok to keep doing?

I don't think you can over use it. It's a similar thing to having a hot shower to ease the muscles, and you can't really over use the shower. If it works for you, do it0

You can also try " Alive" it is an over the counter muscle relaxant. Drink lots of water to flush the toxins out of your muscles and it will fell better as you go on. Good job adding the strength training.0
