Newbie to myfitnesspal

Hi everyone,
I'm getting back on track with my health. I eat right most of the time and exercise consistently. But the weight just isn't coming off as expected. I will lose weight and then gain it back. I was 185lbs at my heaviest and lost 20 lbs. I am now 174 lbs. So I decided to start tracking my meals to see if that's the problem. Looking for new friends on the same path or have encouraging words of wisdom.

My husband and I were exercising a lot and eating really good but we weren't losing the weight, simply put, we were over eating because we weren't watching our portions. Started on here plus starting Lisa Marie's workouts on bodyrock.tv. LOVE THE WORKOUTS! I've even made up a few of my own thanks to piecing different exercises. I'm not where I want to be yet but getting there.0
