3 kilos to lose in 3 weeks

Hey all,

Im going to Thailand in 3 weeks and i want to feel great in my Bikini!
My aim is to lose 3 kilos in 3 weeks or even just to be looking and feeling great and to shred as much body fat as possible in this short amount of time. I like doing things in a healthy way. Im small and my weight isnt that high so weightloss can feel a slow process :(

Any tips and advice on what to eat for the next 3 weeks?

    You only have 5 kilos to lose. At this weight there is no healthy way to lose 3 kilos in 3 weeks.

    Just eat at a small deficit, shooting for 1/2 to 1/4 of a kilo/week weight loss, keep at it, and enjoy the trip. It's not the sexy answer, but it's how healthy weight loss is done.
