Keep tracking and sticking with your plan. You will see results!!!

Log daily.. .. Stick to what you know as far as calorie count etc.. Don't say, "oh this won't hurt".. Get a record going for yourself is losing weekly, staying under your calories etc.. After awhile you can reward yourself with whatever.. Remember this is a lifestyle not a diet. All foods are allowed in moderation but as I said, I would get used to what you are doing before going after high caloric snacks etc.. OK I'm babbling now.. I think you get the point ... It can be done and YOU can do it .. Oh and another thing, get some supportive friends !!!!0
