    Log daily.. .. Stick to what you know as far as calorie count etc.. Don't say, "oh this won't hurt".. Get a record going for yourself is losing weekly, staying under your calories etc.. After awhile you can reward yourself with whatever.. Remember this is a lifestyle not a diet. All foods are allowed in moderation but as I said, I would get used to what you are doing before going after high caloric snacks etc.. OK I'm babbling now.. I think you get the point ... It can be done and YOU can do it .. Oh and another thing, get some supportive friends !!!!
