So I recently, without thinking much, got a bottle of Centrum for Men and when I went to open it, realized that it wasn't what I used to take when I was taking multivitamins a while back. After some looking around, I realized I used to take One A Day for Men.
Are there multivitamins that are better than others? If so, why? Also, for some reason, I have it stuck in my head that Centrum is designed for older folks. I'm 39. Is a multivitamin just a multivitamin and I'm over thinking things or do I need to get a little more educated on this?

Centrum seems to be a good product. Both DH and I use it. They have different formulas for men and women, and also have formulas for seniors. Try it and see what you think.0
