Final 21lbs of fat left!?

I want to lose my final 21lbs of fat, can this be done by doing the POP Pilates Beginner Calender & the monthly calendars.
& Can someone help my with my diet?


Breakfast:
- bowl of cereal; green tea
Snack 1:
- fruits
Lunch:
- fish;chicken
Dinner:
Protein Shake; Fruit Salad; Cucumbers

    Fat is a necessary macro. Please eat some. I don't do Pilates and I don't eat like you, but I have lost 71 pounds by doing what I do, which is what I will be doing for the rest of my life. More importantly, the health improvements have been astounding. Feel free to look at my diary, it's open. You will not see me avoiding fat or eating 1200 calories. I also walk every day and do bodyweight exercises three times per week.
