Constipation help

I have been constipated and believe I am eating too much fiber. I have always drank a ton of water. After some research, I think I need more healthy fat in my diet. Aside from nuts, what else can I eat? I don't want to go crazy overboard on calories though.

I HAD this problem, too. My "miracle" cure is one that doesn't add any extra calories to my day and I swear it works like a charm. When I wake up I have a glass of something ice cold (I do 8 ounces of ice water, starting my day off 1 water down) then immediately drink something hot, as hot as you can stand, coffee in my world.
Before the 1st cup of coffee is finished, things are "moving!" Don't know how or why it works, but the cold/hot thing is my savior. Someone suggested it to me a while back and I had my doubts, but IT WORKS!!!!!

All fats have about the same number of calories. As long as you aren't eating trans fats, you're probably okay.0
