I have been constipated and believe I am eating too much fiber. I have always drank a ton of water. After some research, I think I need more healthy fat in my diet. Aside from nuts, what else can I eat? I don't want to go crazy overboard on calories though.

I HAD this problem, too. My "miracle" cure is one that doesn't add any extra calories to my day and I swear it works like a charm. When I wake up I have a glass of something ice cold (I do 8 ounces of ice water, starting my day off 1 water down) then immediately drink something hot, as hot as you can stand, coffee in my world. :) Before the 1st cup of coffee is finished, things are "moving!" Don't know how or why it works, but the cold/hot thing is my savior. Someone suggested it to me a while back and I had my doubts, but IT WORKS!!!!!

All fats have about the same number of calories. As long as you aren't eating trans fats, you're probably okay.
