A new start! Again!
Thats whats happening now..
I joined mfp last year.. N i was too low on me when i gained weight aftr two pregnancies..
When i had gained 30 kg, ( thats around 60 pounds!) i thought i was having some metabolic disorder n i will never shed the weight. 58 kg to 90 kg was not something normal.. I was fed up being called 'aunty' at age 26 n looking older than my hubby..
Then i got inspired by sapna vyas patel's video in youtube n started to make a change.. I joined mpf after a research in google. I tracked food, walked,cycled,did 30ds, butt bible, leslie, taebo.. I was finding a new me! In around 8 months, i jumped from 198 to 163!! I loved my self..
Now i lost track n stuck there at 163.. I want to shed another 20 or 25 pounds.. Nw inspiring myself, i am starting again to track food n do my workout regularly.. I want to challenge myself.. Inspire me.. Encourage me.. U mfps! U r my strength.. Luv u guys..
