What is the best combination of doing Jillian Michaels DVD's

I have the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, banish fat, no more trouble zones & 6 week six pack, but I find it difficult sticking to the same workout for at least 30 days or so in a row.
Just wondered if anyone else is the same & has a tried & tested routine using these DVD's. I also do Metafit 3 days a week & run approx 5 km once per week.

So far I've been switching between 30 Day Shred and kickboxing workouts. I've lost 10 pounds in the last month so I'm not exactly a success story but it seems to be working for me. I know if I get bored with my workouts I won't do them so I have to switch it up. Hope you figure out what works for you!0

DaniNicole, I could do with losing 10lbs in 4 weeks. & that's my 2 favourite programmes as well. Ok, you've inspired me. I'm heading home now to put on JM BFBM dvd & sweat out bucketfuls.
