What is the best combination of doing Jillian Michaels DVD's

I have the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, banish fat, no more trouble zones & 6 week six pack, but I find it difficult sticking to the same workout for at least 30 days or so in a row.

Just wondered if anyone else is the same & has a tried & tested routine using these DVD's. I also do Metafit 3 days a week & run approx 5 km once per week.
