Does anyone take kelp as part of their vitamin suppliments? What benefits have you seen from taking this?

Thanks a million!

I take kelp for as I have an underactive thyroid. Kelp contains lots of iodine which helps to regulate hormone levels due to underactive thyroid. Other than that I wouldn't take it unnecessarily. 
  • May I suggest taking a "green superfood" suppliment instead? It's much safer and makes you feel great when taken over time. You can find it at most health food stores.
