NSV: I am amazing!

Huge NSV for me, I went to hot yoga for the first time last night! And I kept up! And didn't die!

And now I'm up at 4:30 to go to another yoga class!

I feel so good. Doing yoga more often has definitely helped. I didn't notice much difference doing yoga 2-3 times a week, but in the past two weeks I've been doing yoga 4-5 (sometimes 6) times a week, and it's made such a difference. I had a weird spot in my back that would spasm occasionally, and that's stopped. My back in general feels waaaay better, I am falling asleep faster and I feel more rested when I wake up, and I just feel better overall.

I had a couple minutes last night in hot yoga, where we were supposed to be staring at ourselves in the mirror while doing the postures, where I just felt awful. I felt huge and fat and like nothing I was ever going to do could change that. I was ready to lay down and give up, but I just kept going and eventually that feeling melted away (along with about a gallon of sweat) and now I know that I'm getting stronger and healthier and even when it's hard, I can keep going!
