I FEAR INSECURE SOMETIMES

I gained 3 pounds and I have not weighed in since October 14. I feel very defeated and ashamed of myself. I will admit that I ate out a couple of weeks ago and I didn't eat healthy last weekend and I don't drink enough water. I do cardio exercises 3 days a week and strength train 2 days a week. My dad said it could be I gained some muscle. I lost 212 pounds over three years and sometimes I feel insecure if I gain weight. I'M SCARED!!

    No one can really say anything to help you this is a mindset you need to break through on your own or with professional help ... no one on these boards can really help you with this, It will just be opinions unless you are looking for everyone to say "hey it's okay ... there there... " you might get allot of that.
