    Neither. Grilled cheese is only marginally better because you could have it on whole grain bread.

    What if I told you whole grain bread is slightly to no better and possibly even worse than white bread?

    That's why I don't eat bread.

    I will take either, as long as the grilled cheese is smoked gouda and bacon on sourdough, and the mac and cheese is my homemade, 3 cheese bake.
