Hey,
I have been using this app/web service for about 6 months now, mainly for its ability to calculate the amount of carbohydrates I am having for each meal so I can give myself the appropriate dose of insulin.
I am over weight however and so it has been useful to see how many calories I am actually having. I am always honest with what I eat and everything is recorded. So there are many days when I am over my recommended calorie intake.
Would be interesting to see if there are any other diabetics using this and how they are getting on.
Feel free to add as a friend, hell I need the encouragement, and I am sure I could return the favour.
