Starting Body By You today!

I am excited - I think I found the program that's going to work for me right now - Body By You!

I'm a full-time working mommy, and I've been looking to do something over my lunch hour, which is the only time that will work for me right now. Before I bought this book, I had been doing squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks on my lunch hour.

Anyone else currently doing this? I'm looking to drop a few pants sizes - who cares what the scale says. Right now I'm in a size 14, and I'd like to be a size 8 I think. I'm not sure anymore what the "right" size will be. In high school (which was 20 years ago!), I wore a size 7, but I'm pretty sure that sizes have changed since then.

    I ordered "Body by You" and read through the first part of it last night. My plan was to start the actual program tonight. Not sure I'm going to make that work as we have had some things come up that we have to attend to tonight.

    How are you doing on the program?
