HELP: Power Lifting, Where Do I Start?

Power lifting was menitioned to me recently, and it peaked my interest. With that said...I dont know where to start. I lift pretty regularly, but I want to figure out a routine that is best to continue to cut fat, and increase definition. Or rather where to I find a good source to get started.

I am not interested in bulking though.
