Just wondering who else does some sort of exercise while brushing their teeth. I need some new Ideas for a quick 2 minute burn.

I currently do something from 7min workout.
Up on my tippy-toes, Tipping my pelvis forward while squeezing my behind and abs, 30 seconds 4 times which is perfect since that is the same as the timer on my toothbrush.

I also have done squats.

Please feel free to share your ideas and use mine. :)

I actually think that's a brilliant idea! I also have an electric toothbrush with a 2 minute timer but I've never really thought about using that time so productively! I will be trying the squats, for sure! Thanks for the idea! Lunges or knee-ups would be great, too.

Wow. Overachiever? I have enough trouble making sure I hit every tooth surface in the two minutes.

Sex. Although sometimes my gums will bleed if I am hitting it from the back.

I just walk around the house while brushing my teeth to get a few more steps in with my FitBit.

I usually have my 1 y.o. hanging on one leg and my 3 y.o. chanting, "I want pancakes, I want pancakes, I want pancakes, I want pancakes" over the sound of my electric tooth brush and razor. I have to save my squats for the weight room where I can get some peace and quiet.

For those of us who have a hard time getting going in the morning, using the 2 minutes brushing our teeth is a great way to get the heart rate up and jump start the day.

When I first started my journey, I used high knees and squats to get my heart rate going. It really helped me wake up and did it in a way that mentally got me thinking about making good decisions for the rest of the day.

My sister does squats and belly dance while folding laundry. I hate laundry enough that I don't need to add exercise to it...

I know a guy who uses his brief case like a dumbbell and does curls on the way in from his car. Sometimes on my walk in, I swing my arms wildly just to get the blood flowing.
