Hi I'm Alexis from Texas lol jk I'm from Alabama! I'm on this weight loss journey to a better me. I'm not this huge hippo but I know I could look and feel better. I currently weigh 163lbs and my goal weight is 140lbs! I'm 5'5 1/2, 21 years of age! I must admit I'm a lazy person but I'm ready for a change! I'm currently doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, I've downloaded her meal plan but the problem is I'm a picky eater ugh! I don't eat eggs, plain toast, veggie(mushrooms, cabbage, turnip greens, cooked onions, cooked carrots, green peppers), beef in certain forms like hamburgers, pork in certain forms like pork chops or a pork sandwiches, and other crap that I'll mention later. But anyway I would love to hear others journey and advice! Let's help each other look like super models..
