How do your calories split across meals typically?

  • Breakfast 200-400 cal

    Lunch 400-500 cal

    Dinner/snacks 1000 cal

    I'm usually most hungry in the evening :)

    Usually:

    Lunch: 1000 calories, give or take.
    Dinner: 1000-2500 calories. Depending on how much I had for lunch and if it was a workout day or not.
